    Isaiah 1:10-20

    ISAIAH 58:5

Is that what you call a fast?  A day acceptable to the Lord?

    MATTHEW 7:21-23

“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.   Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?’ 23 Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’”

    AMOS 5:21-24

“I hate, I despise your religious festivals; your assemblies are a stench to me. Even though you bring me burnt offerings and grain offerings,I will not accept them.  Though you bring choice fellowship offerings,I will have no regard for them.  Away with the noise of your songs!  I will not listen to the music of your harps.  But let justice roll on like a river, righteousness like a never-failing stream!”

    2 TIMOTHY 3:5

…. having a form of godliness but denying its power.

    REVELATION 3:15-16

I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth.

    Come, Let Us Reason Together

    1. Repent
    2. Fight for justice
    3. Protect the vulnerable
    4. Consent and obey
